The Challenge


We're looking for a part-time Freelance Interim Recruitment Coordinator (1-3 month mission, starting ASAP) to support our HR & Finance Team by keeping our hiring processes running smoothly and ensuring candidates and managers stay aligned.

You'll temporarily step in as the main of contact for recruitment, helping us maintain a high-quality experience and efficient coordination across teams.


The Day-to-Day

* Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the entire process.
* Keep candidates engaged through clear, consistent, and friendly communication.
* Coordinate closely with hiring managers to keep processes aligned and moving quickly.
* Manage interview loops, scheduling, feedback collection, and pipeline updates.
* Ensure an exceptional candidate experience during the whole process.
* Maintain high-quality reporting and visibility on hiring progress.


The Must Haves

* At least 4 years of professional experience in recruitment (tech / scale-up environment).
* Native in French and fluent in English.
* Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, you're comfortable communicating with candidates and managers with different expectations.
* Ability to run multiple processes at once with excellent prioritisation and attention to detail.
* Comfortable using an ATS and working with fast-moving teams.
* Sharp communication, structured thinking, solution-oriented mindset.
