* Manage agendas, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
* Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
* Handle administrative and organizational support for management
* Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Assist with project coordination and follow-up on deadlines
* Maintain and improve administrative procedures for efficiency
Profiel
* Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role (FMCG experience is a plus)
* Fluent in French or Dutch AND English
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
