What will you do?
As a Technical Support Associate, you are the link between our customers and their orders. You thrive on combining technical questions with commercial customer contact. In practice, this means you will:
* Support customers with questions about our products and orders.
* Advise and think along on technical solutions.
* Coordinate daily with colleagues and customers, using your technical knowledge to provide solutions.
Who you are?
* You are fluent in both English and Dutch.
* You have a technical background and are eager to deepen your expertise.
* You enjoy customer contact and work in a solution-oriented way.
