Description de la fonction As a Bilingual French German or English/GermanCall Center Agent in a banking focused call center in Brussels, you will play a crucial role as an ambassador of our financial institution. Your primary goal will be to provide an exceptional and personalized customer experience through various communication channels such as phone, chat, and email.Key Responsibilities: Deliver Superior Customer Service inGerman: Provide high quality customer service in German, both verbally and in writing; Tailor your responses to address the specific financial needs of each customer. Customize Responses: Personalize responses to meet the unique financial needs of individual customers. Assist with Financial Transactions:Assist customers with i nquiries, account openings, transactions, and other financial services. Guide customers through transaction steps and provide relevant advice on banking products and services. Ensure regulatory compliance at all times during the execution of operations. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to efficiently resolve customer issues. Fluency in German and proficiency in either English or French is essential for this role.
