Job Summary
Lead the management and optimization of SAP applications. This role is responsible for overseeing the SAP landscape, ensuring system integrity, driving process improvements, and aligning SAP capabilities with business objectives. The ideal candidate will lead a team of SAP professionals and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient SAP solutions.
Essential Functions
SAP System Management
Direct the daily operation, maintenance, and optimization of the SAP S4HANA system, ensuring its availability, reliability, and scalability in alignment with business requirements.
Team Leadership
Supervise and mentor SAP teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and ongoing improvement. Allocate resources to optimize SAP capabilities and develop a long-term strategic roadmap for SAP activities across all GTS subsidiaries.
Project Management
Oversee SAP-related projects, including upgrades, implementations, and integrations. Collaborate with business units to define requirements and deliver solutions within established timelines and budgets.
Process Optimization
Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process automation and streamlining within SAP, establishing best practices and standards across all modules.
Compliance and Security
Ensure SAP systems adhere to relevant internal controls and external regulatory standards. Administer user roles, authorizations, and data security protocols.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact with SAP support partners and vendors and communicate effectively with stakeholders to align IT initiatives with overarching business objectives.
Change Management
Lead organizational change initiatives related to SAP systems and processes, developing comprehensive training materials and documentation to facilitate user adoption and ongoing system enhancements.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information System
Master's Degree in Computer Science or Information System
Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field. (Master's preferred).
Five years or more of experience in SAP system management.
