Ensure the optimal functioning and smooth organisation of the Business Planning Section.Represent the section in initiatives and cross-team projects.Organise and support meetings, events, and webinars — from planning and logistics to documentation and follow-up.Coordinate internal team meetings and streamline internal processes.Handle financial and procurement-related tasks, liaising with external suppliers and managing contracts, invoices, and signatures.Take on ad-hoc administrative and organisational tasks according to team needs.Maintain and update section documentation via Share Point.Build and maintain excellent working relationships across all relevant internal teams.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.You bring 0-3 years of experience in a similar role.You have aYou're fluent in English, both written and spoken.You are proactive, well-organised, and a team player with strong attention to detail.
