As a (Field) Service Engineer, you will: Complete repairs and commissioning of equipment, addressing issues with remote engineers and participating in escalation calls. Perform retrofits and assist with process issues. Maintain full customer satisfaction and excellent relations. Follow all safety procedures, demonstrating safety as a core value. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment on-site. Provide technical support and training to customers. Document service activities and ensure timely communication with stakeholders. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field or engineering. Proven hands-on experience in electrical and/or electronic work, mechanical experience is a plus. Experience and/or interest in working on highly technological machinery. Experience in the semiconductor industry experience is plus. Ability to work independently and establish excellent relationships. Innovative problem-solving skills and process improvement capabilities. Willingness to travel abroad for 20 – 50% of the time. Professional working proficiency in English.
