Responsibilities
* Production Planning: Translate operational plans into detailed daily/weekly production schedules for the shop floor.
* Team Supervision: Directly supervise Production Foremen and shop floor staff, managing shifts, attendance, and performance.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure all production processes adhere to quality standards; investigate and resolve non-conformance issues immediately.
* Resource Management: Manage labor, machinery, and raw material usage to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
* Safety Enforcement: Enforce all health and safety protocols on the shop floor; conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks.
* Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and minimize equipment downtime.
* Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by management to support departmental goals.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is preferred
* Minimum 5+ years in production management within a manufacturing plant, with experience in weaving, materials or tubing industries preferred.
* Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and HSE regulations; experience with ERP/SAP. xphnsxz
* Strong leadership, decisive problem-solver, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
