【Operations】
- Cargo tracking and data update
- Monitor and manage internal performance to achieve KPIs and improve service
- Create solutions based on the clients demand and maintain SOP based on business requirement
- Support on transportation sourcing and billing
- Facilitate communication between clients and colleagues
- Cooperate internally with others colleagues
- Coordinate with internal and external customers to identify needs and be the go to person for transportation issues
【Data Quality Monitoring and Analysis】
- Responsible for daily data monitoring to assist the team in achieving time-based goals. Utilize tools for validation to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
- Promptly identify data anomalies (e.g., missing data, duplicates, or abnormal fluctuations), analyze root causes, and provide feedback to customers and technical teams through standardized processes to drive issue resolution.
- Regularly compile data quality reports, track historical validation results, and optimize monitoring rules (e.g., strong/weak rule configurations) to prevent the spread of problematic data
- Assist with billing operations, payment reconciliation, and invoicing tasks.
- Collect customer quotation demand and inquiry with the partners.
Job Requirement
- Experience in logistics /e-commerce/ customs is preferred
- Communicate clearly in Chinesse and English, other languages is a plus
- Organized, stress resistant and result-oriented solution thinker
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills, resilience under pressure, and deep analytical thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using Excel and other tools for data processing, supporting the creation of monitoring reports and requirement documents.
- Assist in optimizing data monitoring processes and requirement management standards to improve cross-departmental collaboration efficiency.
