A new exciting opportunity as Executive Assistant has just become available at one of our clients located in Brussels centre. Our client, a human-sized company yet present on a European scope, is active in the service sector and is a leader on its market. In this role, you will support the General Director while supporting the Office Manager with the running of the office. You will evolve in a central, polyvalent and autonomous position that offers diverse responsibilities and opportunities for growth. As Executive Assistant, you will be more specifically responsible for the following tasks: Assist the General Director with agenda management and meetings coordination. Prepare PowerPoint presentations and ad-hoc materials for meetings, take notes where necessary and draft summaries/action points' follow up Conduct brief internal and external stakeholder communications on behalf of the General Director. Managing and coordinating the office agenda (visits of clients and other external stakeholders, etc.) Handle office matters such as access badges, office supplies, and kitchen maintenance, oversee office-related invoices, liaise with external suppliers where necessary Welcome visitors, manage the general phone line and the general email address, handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Ideal profile of the Executive Assistant: You have an excellent knowledge of French and English (business languages), ideally combined with a (very) good knowledge of German and/or Dutch You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role (Management or Executive Assistant, Office Manager, etc.) You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) You have a passion for administration, coordination and organization You have excellent communication and organization skills You are proactive, active and reactive You are positive, service-minded and adaptive You can cope with stress, are service-minded and detailed-oriented.
