What You'll Do: Trusted Advisor : Deliver strategic personal income tax advice to a diverse client base from expatriates in global corporations to ambitious self-employed entrepreneurs. Your work will directly impact their success and financial well-being and in doing so, forge stronger client relationships. Calculations : Focus on optimization of remuneration packages guiding client decisions, together with dealing with the various personal income tax calculations in the framework of both local and international employment. Consulting : Offer tailored advice on (international) employment tax, ruling applications, withholding tax reduction legislation, personal income tax and legal compliance, equity incentives, pension, remuneration structuring and rewards. Contribute to Team Success : Engage confidently in meetings, knowing your insights are valued and heard. Who We're Looking For: Aspire to Innovate : We seek the curious, those eager to grow their expertise daily taking advantage of new developments, both theoretical and technological, but with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar function. Communication is Key : You're articulate in English and Dutch, with French as a nice-to-have. Educational Foundation : You have a Master of Laws or a Master of Economics in combination with a Master after Master in Tax Law. Organized and Adaptable : You're ready to juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a flexible setting and are ready and eager to coach younger colleagues.
