As Product Owner, you are responsible for the technical aspects of a Medical Device Product line under your responsibility. You monitor R&D developments and ensure that they are in line with market needs. You assist Sales in defining the price and profitability of the product and associated consumables, and Marketing in promoting it. You manage the product life cycle.
Responsibilities
* Define test plans for beta sites to ensure data collection and exchange with customers, in line with the launch strategy.
* You define the tasks and documentation required for installation, qualification and maintenance of the product for after-sales service.
* Together with the Product Manager, you identify and prioritize application package and consumables requirements.
* Together with KOLs, you establish the product’s technological evolutions.
* You collect, analyze and communicate customer needs and feedback internally, and involve customers in product development.
* You give training courses and demonstrations, either on the customer’s premises or within the company.
* You ensure the coherence and coordination of work on the product by different teams.
* You ensure that product-related technical documentation is available and up to date.
* You are responsible for creating and maintaining up-to-date product data sheets, in line with regulatory obligations and the preparation of documentation specific to product certifications.
* You take part in conferences and trade shows related to your field of expertise.
* You ensure the technical and regulatory comparison of competing products.
Profile
* You have a Master’s degree in science or engineering.
* You have at least 5 years’ experience in Medical Device development and you are familiar with regulatory requirements (such as ISO 13485 and EU Medical Device Regulation).
* You have a very good level of English.
* You are methodical, rigorous and precise.
* You have excellent organizational skills.
* You are able to think on your feet and have a strategic vision.
* You have initiative and decision-making skills.
* You are customer and results-oriented.
