The vision
We're building the AI CRM for beauty brands. Today, our AI beauty expert sells for mid-market beauty brands on WhatsApp and social channels: she knows each customer's skin, tone, and routine, remembers every conversation, and never forgets a client. Tomorrow, she owns the entire customer relationship end to end, from first message to repurchase. Beauty in LatAm moves ~$40B a year in GMV, and no one in the world combines a beauty vertical, autonomous selling, and social-first. We're alone in that intersection, and Brazil is the biggest prize.
Our mission: any beauty brand should be able to sell like the biggest players in the world, without the team or the budget of one.
About us
yavendió! is the AI-powered sales platform for beauty brands in Latin America. We're live across Spanish-speaking LATAM with ~600 active brands, GMV up 18x in 15 months, and 500k+ consumers processed every month. Now we're launching yavendió! in Brazil, the largest WhatsApp commerce market in the world, where 70% of direct beauty sales still run through human resellers waiting to be superpowered.
The role
You'll help build yavendió! in Brazil from the ground up. You won't inherit a finished playbook; you'll shape it. You'll own the full cycle: prospecting, demos, closing, and turning early customers into our loudest advocates. You'll work directly with the founders and help define how yavendió! goes to market here.
What you'll do
* Build the Brazil pipeline from scratch: a named list of beauty accounts, referrals inside the beauty community, events, partnerships
* Sell to mid-market beauty brands: cosmetics and personal care, our core ICP
* Run the full sales cycle end to end, from first WhatsApp message to signed deal
* Run partnerships with beauty and e-commerce agencies: build and manage the channel of agencies serving beauty brands, plus platforms and ecosystem players (Tiendanube, resellers, beauty communities), that bring brands to us at scale
* Open the direct-sales playbook: brands with reseller networks are Brazil's biggest door
* Feed market insight back into product and pricing: you're the voice of Brazil internally
* Define the playbook, metrics, and tooling for the sales team you'll eventually help build
What we're looking for
* 5+ years of sales experience in ads, e-commerce, or chat-based/conversational commerce companies, or selling to brands in cosmetics, beauty, fashion, or personal care
* A builder's appetite for risk: you want the ambiguity, ownership, and upside of a founding role, not a polished enterprise machine
* Track record of hitting targets as an individual contributor: hunting, not farming
* Experience building and running agency partnerships and channel relationships in beauty or e-commerce, not just direct deals, with the network to open those doors in Brazil
* Based in São Paulo with a network in the local beauty/D2C ecosystem
* Fluent Portuguese; working English (Spanish a plus)
