* You support the organization in short-term and long-term financial planning, forecasting, reporting and performance steering.
* You analyze and monitor profitability, cost structures, investments, headcount and business cases, with a specific focus on HR & Cost Controlling.
* You perform project controlling and validate actions to realize financial objectives.
* You develop and implement controlling processes, methods and standards in line with central guidelines.
* You monitor risks, determine provisions and assess special actions in close cooperation with stakeholders.
* You provide sharp business analysis and management insights to support strategic decisions.
* You work with internal and external partners (including HQ, auditors and governments) and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Profile description:
What should you bring along?
* You have 2-5 years of experience in finance or controlling and a strong affinity for products and numbers.
* You have an analytical mindset and work accurately and proactively.
* You speak and write fluently Dutch and English.
* You have a good knowledge of Belgian GAAP and IFRS.
* You are an expert in Excel and familiar with SAP; knowledge of AI tools is an asset.
* You actively contribute to process optimization, automation and continuous improvement within controlling.
