Your journey with us:
1. You will be engaged in HR Technology related implementation projects, particularly in new SAP technology domains, such as UI5, Fiori, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Cloud Integration, AWS JS Integrations, Cloud Application Extensions, etc. We are looking for a motivated individual to take ownership of both projects and service offerings.
2. Being part of development & implementation projects, within an SAP HCM/SuccessFactors context but focused on new SAP integration technology (Integration Platform, Event Mesh, Extension Center etc.) and non-SAP Technology (AWS, Java, Javascript).
3. Analyse business requirements and develop effective solutions.
4. Build prototypes: implement the solution in a development and test environment.
5. Build effective relations with customers to establish long-term business partnerships.
6. Conduct knowledge transfer activities to support clients in developing their skills.
7. Become one of Deloitte's technical architects for Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform, UI5, Integration Technology, etc.
8. Participate in internal knowledge transfer to extend and enhance the Deloitte competence centre team.
9. Streamline knowledge sharing between our regional offices in Europe.
Let’s talk about you:
1. At least 2-3 years of technical experience in developing web applications and integration packages, ideally in an SAP context, but this is not a must.
2. Very strong technical knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (such as Angular, SAP UI5 or any other), OData, etc.
3. Proven experience in Custom Development and UI.
4. Experience in SuccessFactors, git, WebIDE, Adobe Livecycle and SSO are considered strong assets.
5. Professional and committed to delivering customer satisfaction in challenging environments.
6. Professional presentation and communication skills (both written & oral).
7. Good knowledge of English and Dutch/French.
8. Dynamic team player with strong commitment to accomplish tasks and goals.
9. Ambitious, driven, self-motivated, flexible and able to meet tight deadlines.
10. Take initiative, exercise sound judgment and be result-oriented.
11. Strong analytical and persuasive skills.
