OverviewWe are supporting a leading organisation in the financial services sector in their search for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant .This role will play a key part in shaping the HR systems roadmap, advising on new SuccessFactors capabilities, and supporting the evolution of the current landscape. The position also carries a product-oriented element, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead functional ownership of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g. EC, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, etc.)Advise on the HR technology roadmap, including adoption of new features and innovationsAct as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders, translating requirements into scalable solutionsContribute to solution design and configuration, with awareness of technical dependenciesSupport continuous improvement initiatives across the SuccessFactors landscapeCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery and adoptionTake on a product ownership mindset, prioritising enhancements and aligning with business value
Key RequirementsProven experience as a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Functional ConsultantStrong knowledge across one or more SuccessFactors modules (EC preferred)Ability to define and influence HR system roadmapsExperience working closely with business stakeholders in a consultative capacityGood understanding of technical architecture and integrations within SuccessFactorsExperience in Agile or product-led environmentsStrong communication skills with the ability to operate across functional and technical teams
Nice to HaveExperience in financial services or regulated environmentsExposure to SAP HCM integration or SAP BTPPrevious experience acting as a Product Owner or similar role
