The company, a Belgian communication agency, is looking for its passionate and dynamic Deputy Creative Director to join their team.
If you're a creative person who is not only full of ideas for activation but is also able to implement them from A to Z, in collaboration with people from different disciplines, this job is for you!
YOUR MISSION:
1. Lead the creative team, together with the Art Director
2. Work closely with other departments of the agency
3. Be responsible for developing and executing coherent creative strategies for offline and online campaigns
4. work on multiple projects simultaneously, as well as being able to manage a creative team
5. understand and interpret creative briefs, present clear concepts and guide team members to ensure that projects are completed successfully (timing, budget,...)
6. etc.
YOUR PROFILE :
7. NL or NL+FR
8. Min. 5 years' experience in a similar role
9. Project management experience
10. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, UX UI…
11. Expertise in Marketing/Communication principles
12. Excellent writing skills, stress resistant, creativity, artistic sensitivity…
