Are you great at bringing structure while keeping things dynamic? This is your chance to combine ERP, administration and financial follow-up in a versatile role within a Belgian scale-up in Anderlecht with global impact in the security sector.

What you'll do

* You are our ERP Owner

You are the go-to person for our ERP system. You optimize processes, set up smart workflows and ensure reports are always accurate. Colleagues rely on you as their expert and internal coach.

* Administrative follow-up of the production process

From production orders and supplier contacts to stock management and quality control – you keep everything on track. With your dashboards and reporting, you provide the team with clarity and control.

* Back office & front office support

You are the first point of contact for clients and suppliers, both by phone and email. You manage inboxes and offers, arrange travel, and support trade fairs and events. No two days are the same – and that’s exactly what you enjoy.

* Financial management with the CEO

Together with the CEO, you monitor budgets, cashflow and financial reports. You bring structure to the numbers and act as a trusted sparring partner for management.

* Accounting & invoicing

You register purchase and sales invoices, prepare payments and follow up on outstanding accounts. You also work closely with external accountants and auditors.

You are...

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration, accounting or ERP.
* Experienced with ERP software (Exact knowledge is a strong plus).
* Accurate, structured and solution-oriented.
* A fluent communicator in Dutch, French and English.
* Professional, independent and a true team player.
