Vulnerability Analyst (Cyber Security / VOC)

We’re looking for a Vulnerability Analyst to join a fast-paced cybersecurity team focused on protecting enterprise environments from emerging threats.
This is a hands on, delivery-focused role where you’ll work with industry standard tools to identify, assess, and manage vulnerabilities across complex systems. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, playing a key role in improving overall security posture.
What you’ll be doing
* Monitor and manage security vulnerabilities across client environments
* Use tools such as Rapid7 and Qualys to identify and assess risks
* Support vulnerability remediation by working closely with technical teams
* Produce clear reports and communicate findings to stakeholders
* Contribute to onboarding new environments and improving processes
* Assist with ongoing security projects and service delivery
What we’re looking for
* ~3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on vulnerability management
* Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g. Rapid7, Qualys, Nessus)
* Good understanding of networking and operating systems (Windows/Linux)
* Ability to work in a client-facing, operational environment
* Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
Nice to have
* Experience with SIEM tools or security monitoring
* Basic scripting (Python, Bash) for automation
* Exposure to IDS/IPS or broader security tooling
