We are looking for a motivated, creative and organised Brand & Operations Support to support the daily management of our two niche brands. This role is perfect for someone with a hands-on attitude, an eye for detail, and a strong interest in brand awareness & e-commerce.
Part time Brand & Operations Support
Your Responsibilities
Daily operational support
Creation & follow-up of B2B orders and preparation of invoices
Support in production flow & coordinate shipping
Coordinate sample flow & logistics with wholesale partners
Brand support & communication
Creation & update of lookbooks, line sheets & colorcards
Planning & creation of newsletters & website homepage
Daily administrative support
Creation of invoices
Prep invoices & sales overviews for accountant
Make operational purchases for the office
Daily E-Commerce Management (Shopify experience is a plus)
Uploading and presenting new collections, capsules and products
Creating and updating product pages
Accurate stock management and monitoring
Process webshop orders & ship
Handling inquiries, returns, exchanges and general service questions
Website optimisation and continuous improvement of user experience
Needed Skills & Tools
You work in a structured & proactive manner but don't mind jumping from A to C when needed
You have a hands-on & dynamic work approach
You value efficiency & are detail-oriented (but can freestyle when needed)
You are comfortable working independently
You are fluent in English and have a basic knowledge of French & Dutch
You have excell knowledge
You find joy in working with online e-shop platforms & other tools such as Canva, they are your playground.
