About Our Client
Major healthcare provider and medical supplies company, manufacturing and distributing a wide range of medical products and operational solutions across Europe.
Job Description
* Serve as primary contact for operational inquiries, providing timely updates to customers and internal teams.
* Monitor daily open orders and backorders, proactively identifying potential shortages and proposing alternatives.
* Coordinate and track shipments, working closely with warehouse and transport teams to ensure on-time delivery.
* Manage operational complaints related to transport, packaging, or preparation issues, ensuring resolution and continuous improvement.
* Support logistics and operations reporting, tenders, and contract preparation.
* Participate in IT and process improvement projects to optimize customer service and operational efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in logistics, operations, or customer-facing roles within supply chain or commercial environments.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively manage operational challenges and find practical solutions.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work confidently with internal teams, warehouse, transport partners, and customers at all levels.
* Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable, with a focus on ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.
* Proficient in English, Dutch, and French.
