Your tasks:
* Works within the agile process and is the final authority for decisions regarding priority, business value, and functionality for all the work done by the agile development team;
* Creates, maintains, prioritizes, and sequences the product backlog based on business value or return of investment;
* Reviews deliverable and demonstrable product version/software functionalities and organizes live demonstration of the product at the end of the sprint;
* Facilitates the acceptance of the product by the business;
* Propose solutions by combining IT tools and business process refactoring or improvements based on an in-depth understanding of a specific business domain;
* Interacts and validates requirements with the business;
* Creates user stories and acceptance tests from themes and features granular enough for a single sprint;
* Possesses an in-depth knowledge of goals and desired objectives of the project.
Requirements
* Master's degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 17 years of relevant working experience in IT;
* Expertise in Agile and Scrum roles, artifacts and ceremonies;
* Familiarity with Java enterprise concepts (application servers, APIs, microservices);
* Familiarity with ServiceNow fundamentals (workflows, scripting, integrations, and ITSM/ITOM modules);
* Understanding of CI/CD & DevOps practices (Git, Jenkins, deployments) ;
* Integration knowledge: how Java backends might integrate with ServiceNow workflows or APIs;
* Metrics & reporting: ssing burndown charts, velocity, and cumulative flow diagrams to track progress
* Experience with quality practices (unit tests, code reviews, and automated regression testing);
* Certification in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is mandatory;
* The following certifications are considered an asset: ITIL, Prince2, PMP, SAFe;
* Excellent command of the English language.
