Key Responsibilities

* Ensure accurate checking and evaluation of received designs and execution plans from the project's request stage to its completion.

* Maintain regular communication with the design office to brief them on the required design specifications.

* Prepare and submit building license applications to the relevant city hall departments.

* Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and project promoters, requesting tenders for various project phases and ensuring their correctness.

Required Qualifications and Skills

* A master's degree in Architecture/Construction or a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years' experience as an Assistant Architect.
">
* Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English and Dutch, and knowledge of building regulations and license applications.

* Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to process large amounts of information efficiently.
