As a Technical Reporting Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end technology management and optimization of reporting solutions used by the GSC Performance Management in alignment with the Technical Reporting & ESG Performance Manager. The role focuses on solution design, governance, and stakeholder coordination.
Where will you be based and what business will you support?
Based in Brussels, Belgium; you will support multiple business lines´ within GSC Performance Management.
How can you help us?
You will work on:
Solution design, development, and maintenance:
1. Design, develop, and maintain solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Dataverse, Power BI, Power Automate), Azure Data Lake.
2. Deliver end-to-end ETL processes: from data extraction and transformation to BI analysis and reporting.
3. Maintain and enhance data governance and access control policies.
4. Drive automation and process efficiency.
5. Ensure proper documentation of reporting solutions, workflows, and processes
Governance & compliance for dataverse solutions:
6. Act as the primary liaison between GSC Performance Management and Eurofins IT functions.
7. Ensure compliance with Eurofins IT policies, architecture, and security standards.
8. Implement and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) for Dataverse security roles.
9. Manage Power Platform environments (Dev, Test, Production) for stability and security.
10. Provide technical support and best practices guidance to business users.
Program & stakeholder management:
11. Align reporting solutions with business objectives.
12. Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests.
13. Stay updated on emerging IT reporting technologies and best practices.
14. Promote agile development and continuous improvement.
15. Azure DevOps & Agile Program Management
16. Manage and prioritize the Azure DevOps backlog for reporting and Dataverse developments.
17. Coordinate sprints and releases with the Team Lead and stakeholders.
18. Oversee the ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) using Azure DevOps Pipelines
Track performance metrics and incident reports in Azure DevOps dashboards, ensuring quick resolution of production issues.
Qualifications

You have:
19. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
20. related field.
21. 1-3 years of experience in IT program management, technical reporting, or data analytics.
22. Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse), and Azure DataLake.
23. Experience in data visualization, reporting automation, and database management.
24. Strong project management skills, including agile methodologies and stakeholder management.
25. Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
26. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
27. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English
