* Safety: Enforce safety standards, manage risks, train teams, and lead audits.
* Receiving: Supervise inbound goods and documentation for accuracy and traceability.
* Warehousing: Optimize layout, stock rotation, and storage efficiency.
* Shipping: Ensure timely deliveries and coordinate with production and sales.
* Transport: Oversee logistics partners, reduce costs, and implement sustainable practices.
* Leadership: Lead and motivate the team to drive engagement and performance.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and track KPIs.
* Compliance: Ensure policy adherence and report any issues.
* Degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field (minimum 3 years of higher education).
* 7+ years' experience in logistics management within a production environment.
* Strong background in safety management and continuous improvement.
* Proven leadership skills, with experience managing blue-collar teams.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficient in logistics systems, including TMS and ERP.
* Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a strong asset.
