About the Role

The Sales Representative will deliver solutions to customers, provide them with pre-sales information, and be responsible for follow-up on tenders, orders, and deliveries in order to realize targets. The role involves optimizing customer relations continuously.


Responsibilities

* Maintain all customer contacts in the Belgian market/Flemish Region
* Provide back office with sufficient information to process tenders, orders, and deliveries
* Set up appointments with customers
* Provide customers with suitable solutions
* Provide customers with pre-sales information
* Support Sales manager PCO in order to win new business
* Introduce new products to customers
* Log and coordinate inquiries and complaints

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
* 2+ years' experience in cold calling sales with a strong track record of success
* Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
* Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals


Required Skills

* Strong Flemish/Dutch language skills (French possibly)
* Technical knowledge about pest control market/products
* The ability to work with cross-functional colleagues within Customer Service, Regulatory, NPD, and Manufacturing experience
* A perfect knowledge of the pest control market
* The ability to function in small, local hands-on teams and as part of larger scale international teams
* Very commercially oriented
* Eagerness to win and build a successful organization


Preferred Skills

The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business as well as perform cold calls in the field to generate new permanent sales. This candidate should be able to support existing clients and have the ability to conduct product demonstrations.
