For a company active in the electric vehicle charging infrastructure sector, we are seeking a Business Developer to support and accelerate commercial growth in Belgium. This position focuses on the development of new opportunities for destination charging locations, including supermarkets, retail parks, shopping areas, quick-service restaurant environments and other high-traffic commercial sites. This is a high-impact commercial role for a professional who combines market presence, structured opportunity management and a clear ability to bring deals to completion. Beyond prospecting, the role requires sound commercial judgment, the ability to assess site relevance, credibility with decision-makers and the discipline to move opportunities forward in a consistent and results-oriented manner. Identify and develop new opportunities for EV charging infrastructure projects Engage landowners, retailers, operators, developers and commercial real estate stakeholders Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities Assess site potential using clear commercial and operational criteria Prioritise opportunities based on relevance, feasibility and conversion potential Prepare initial commercial proposals within defined parameters Lead or support negotiations and contribute directly to closing agreements Coordinate with internal stakeholders involved in project assessment and implementation Maintain visibility on pipeline evolution, priorities and next steps Proven experience in business development, B2B sales or commercial project development Strong ability to combine hunting, qualification, structured follow-up and closing Commercial maturity, autonomy and execution strength Ability to manage longer and more complex sales cycles Strong interpersonal skills and credibility with senior external stakeholders Interest in energy, e-mobility, infrastru...
