This is a junior/medior growth role, where you will work closely with and learn from our Senior Field Manager.If you enjoy building relationships, staying close to consultants and clients, and playing a key role in the success of IT projects, this could be the perfect next step in your career.Your roleAs a Field Manager, you are the main point of contact for our consultants in the field. You ensure they feel supported throughout their assignments and help maintain strong relationships with our clients.You will work closely with our Sales Team, Recruitment Team, Contract Management Team and the Senior Field Manager to ensure smooth collaboration and successful project delivery.Beyond operational follow-up, you will also contribute to building and strengthening our consultant community.What will you do?Manage the onboarding process for new consultantsFollow up on ongoing assignments through regular check-ins with consultants and clientsMeet with consultants regularly, both digital and on-site with clientsDiscuss project progress, future opportunities and potential needsSupport consultants with questions about timesheets, invoicing, absences, benefits and company processesAssist in the preparation and follow-up of contracts and contract extensionsProactively signal upcoming end-of-assignments to the Sales and Recruitment teamsContribute to the successful redeployment of consultants to new projectsHelp organize consultant events and networking moments together with our marketing team to strengthen the Brainbridge communityWho are we looking for?We are looking for someone who already understands the IT staffing environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both consultants and clients.Ideally, you have:Around 3 years of experience in IT staffing (sales, recruitment or field management)A junior to medior profile with strong growth potentialExcellent people management and coaching skillsA natural ability to connect with people and build trustStrong relationship management and negotiation skillsAffinity with contractual and administrative processesThe ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environmentA stress-resistant and proactive mindsetLanguages:Fluent Dutch and FrenchGood knowledge of EnglishWhy join Brainbridge?At Brainbridge, we value growth, entrepreneurship, and collaboration.
