Nexeo is currently looking for an IFRS Financial Controller for a leading bank in Belgium.

~+ As a Financial Controller IFRS, your responsibilities will include:
Perform second-level financial controls, review certificates, and provide clear reports to management, auditors, and stakeholders.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with teams in Financial Accounting, Solvency & Liquidity, Tax, and Performance Management to strengthen first-level controls.
Audit Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external audit teams, managing follow-up on recommendations.
Language Skills: Fluent in French and English, basic knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
Experience: At least 2 years in financial control, with an advantage for experience in banking.
Basic understanding of IFRS standards, financial risk assessment, and controls.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, clear communication, attention to detail, and team-oriented approach.
