Business Analyst – Digital Channels (App & Web) – FreelanceWe are seeking a Business Analyst to support a client operating in a regulated environment, working on digital channels including mobile applications and web platforms.The consultant will work with product, marketing, IT, UX, and other stakeholders to define, analyse, and deliver functional changes across digital channels. The role focuses on requirement definition, functional analysis, development follow-up, and testing activities within an Agile/Scrum setup.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the definition and development of new features and improvements for digital channels in collaboration with the Product OwnerPerform functional analysis and document requirements in the form of user stories with acceptance criteriaCoordinate with stakeholders including IT, UX/UI, Marketing, Legal, and SecurityGather and validate prospect and customer needs together with business and marketing teamsAnalyse user behaviour and channel usage dataDefine functional and UX-related improvementsMaintain visibility on the backlog and contribute to prioritisation activitiesFollow up on development activities and support the delivery team during implementationParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily and weekly meetingsFollow up on user testing activitiesDefine and execute test plans and test cases together with the test teamBrief internal teams (e.g. contact centre, administrative teams) on functional changesProfile4+ years of experience as a Business AnalystExperience as a functional analyst, user story writing, and functional testingExperience coordinating with multiple stakeholdersAdditional DetailsSENIORITY: Medior – SeniorSTART DATE: ASAPDURATION: Long-term (extension possible)CONTRACT: FreelanceLOCATION: BrusselsHOURS PER WEEK: 40LANGUAGES: English (French and/or Dutch is a plus)
