For Max Mara Fashion Group we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated OPERATIONS MANAGER BELGIUM + LUX (BELUX)
OPERATIONAL DETAILS
- Work week: Monday - Friday.
- Availability for travel within Belgium and Luxembourg and for occasional special assignments abroad.
FUNCTION
We're not looking for an executive, but rather a highly skilled manager who will serve as the point of contact for the Retail Operations Department for the following tasks:
* Inventory management and implementation of operational procedures.
* Training warehouse staff and ensuring compliance with company standards.
* Support with communications related to store maintenance.
* Management and resolution of delivery issues.
PROFILE
* At least 3 years of previous experience as a Stock Manager or Operations Manager (senior profile with team management experience)
* Proficiency in IT systems combined with a willingness to perform dynamic operational tasks.
* You are a such a motivated person.
* You have a strong interest in fashion with an eye for detail.
* You are French and Dutch speaking. English and any other language is a plus.
