- Lead end-to-end project delivery (initiation to closure)
- Manage scope, risk, change control, and quality assurance
- Deliver accurate project plans, reporting, and stakeholder updates
- Drive stakeholder engagement and act as key point of contact
- Oversee costs, resources, and performance metrics
- Support contract management and performance monitoring
- Facilitate business decision-making and communication flows
- Contribute to continuous improvement and project governanceâ
Required Expertise
- Bachelorâs degree + experience OR 10+ years relevant experience
- 3+ years experience managing projects in large organizations
- Strong experience with project planning, budgeting, and resource management
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional / international teams
- Experience with project management tools and reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsđĄ Certifications: PRINCE2, PMP (preferred but not essential)đĄ Nice to have:
- Experience in C4ISR projects
- Knowledge of NATO environments, procurement, or ServiceNow
