Our client, an innovative engineering company specialised in low-voltage power systems and datacenter facilities, is seeking a Manager - Data Center Facilities to join their headquarters in Halle. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will help shape the product portfolio, drive innovation in prefabricated datacenter solutions, and support commercial and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
As a Solution Line Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Providing expert technical support to sales, production, and after-sales teams across datacenter projects.
* Leading product management and product marketing activities for the Datacenter Facilities portfolio, including market studies and business opportunities.
* Developing innovative concepts and new solutions for prefab data centers.
* Supporting the sales team with technical argumentation, documentation, and pricing strategies to achieve commercial targets.
* Participating in client meetings and delivering technical presentations in Belgium and abroad.
* Analyzing customer specifications and translating them into tailor-made solutions and high-level quotations.
* Calculating cost and sales prices for equipment and commissioning.
* Collaborating closely with solution architects and the CTO to ensure smooth project transfer from sales to execution.
* Assisting the Chief Commercial Officer in defining and achieving forecasts, budgets, and strategic objectives.
About you:
* You hold a Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Electricity/Electronics, Industrial Design, or Construction).
* You have a first relevant experience in product management, technical sales, or engineering within a datacenter or electrical power environment.
* You have a strong affinity with datacenter facilities; holding an accreditation is a plus.
* You are curious, innovative, and always seeking improvements and new product opportunities.
* You are a team player with an open mindset, positive attitude, and ambition to grow into a more commercial role.
* You are an excellent communicator, fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English.
* You have strong presentation skills, eager to learn, and willing to travel.
