* You develop architectural concepts for technical buildings, stations, civil works with architectural elements, and urban layouts.
* You ensure harmonious integration into urban, landscape, or railway environments.
* You coordinate the aesthetic and functional aspects with other disciplines.
* You work on plans with CAD Designers, ensuring graphical quality and clarity.
* You contribute to BIM modeling and digital design development.
* You prepare and submit building permit applications with relevant authorities.
* You draft architectural specifications including materials, aesthetics, and technical descriptions.
* You provide architectural support during execution phases.
* You manage projects while respecting budget, planning, and sustainability goals.
What are we looking for?
* You hold a
Master's degree in Architecture
or
Civil Engineering – Architecture
.
* You have a minimum of
5 years of experience
in architectural design within civil or infrastructure projects.
* You possess strong skills in
Revit
and
AutoCAD
with at least
3 years of experience
in each.
* You are proficient in
MS Office
with a minimum of
2 years of experience
.
* You are precise, creative, and methodical.
* You can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* You demonstrate strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
* You are familiar with regulations such as
CoDT
,
VCRO
, and
CoBAT
for at least
1 year
.
* You have an excellent command of
French or Dutch
, with a good knowledge of the other language.
