This opportunity is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Tribe Scrum Master. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in delivering complex, cross-squad initiatives for our client in the financial sector, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and driving digital transformation through agile, customer‑centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the single point of accountability for the end‑to‑end delivery of a cluster (group of squads), ensuring alignment with objectives, roadmaps, and KPIs.
Structure and prioritize complex delivery topics and facilitate cross‑squad synchronization, proactively identifying, tracking, and resolving dependencies.
Monitor and report on cluster progress, escalating critical issues with mitigation proposals, and ensuring compliance with Agile frameworks, delivery standards, and regulatory requirements.
Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and squad members on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability, removing organizational and technical blockers.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies at the cluster level, ensuring alignment with broader initiatives.
Promote data‑driven decision‑making by leveraging Agile metrics to optimize delivery performance and support squads in refining their backlogs.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor or Master degree, or equivalent by experience.
At least 10 years of experience in delivering complex digital/IT projects in a scaled Agile environment, ideally in financial services or regulated industries.
Proven expertise in project management, stakeholder management, priority management, and risks & issues management.
Experience working with senior leadership and the ability to translate business strategy into executable delivery plans.
Deep experience in Agile project management methods, governance, processes, and tools.
Strong analytical skills to assess risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs in delivery.
Familiarity with banking processes, front‑end/digital/mobile delivery management, API architecture strategy, release management, DevOps knowledge, and understanding of SDLC and technical debt management are strong assets.
