What will you be doing?
Analyze and resolve customer tickets and incidents
Translate service requests into concrete solutions
Explore new S/4HANA Cloud features and advise customers
Support bi-annual release testing
Implement improvements as part of ongoing service contracts
Collaborate with technical colleagues on end-to-end solutions
Who are you?
You have 5+ years of SAP experience (FI/CO, SD, MM, or Logistics)
You understand core business processes in your domain
Experience with S/4HANA is a strong plus
You’re customer-oriented, xphnsxz proactive, and communicate clearly
You speak English + Dutch and/or French
You’re open to occasional travel
