As Senior Business Developer, your main responsibilities will be to:

Define and execute a go-to-market strategy to grow the EV charging network in Flanders.
2.
Identify and approach retail chains, hotel groups, franchisees, real estate owners, and asset managers.
3.
Manage the full sales process: from prospecting to solution design, contract negotiation, and signing.
4.
Develop creative and tailored proposals aligned with the needs of each partner.
5.
Collaborate with the local and international teams to align growth strategies and implementation.
6.
Take full ownership of your territory with significant autonomy and flexibility.
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

Proven experience in B2B business development or account management.
8.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
9.
An entrepreneurial and creative mindset, with the ability to build and structure an approach in a new market.

Comfortable with prospecting - strategic, persistent, and able to open the right doors.

Confidence in engaging with franchisees and senior stakeholders (owners, asset managers).
