Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sports Medicine Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's world-class Sports Medicine portfolio in the Wallonia and Luxemburg territory.

About the Role
">
This is a field-based position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments to develop strategic approaches to optimize customer service and support the acquisition of new customers.
">
You will be planning and executing business plans, implementing strategies in the sales process, conducting negotiations, and advising and training surgical & theatre staff on product use during workshops.
">
In addition, you will be responsible for customer care, preparing orders for interested customers, and participating in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to find potential new customers and expand your knowledge for customer contact.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A minimum of 2 years of sales experience within medical devices or related industries
">
* A university degree in the field of medical technology, health management, business administration, or other science or technical career

* Proficiency in spoken and written French and English

* A valid driver's license
