We are currently looking for a Payroll Manager to lead, structure, and elevate all payroll activities in Belgium. Lead and coordinate payroll and benefits activities across multiple entities in Belgium.
Monitor and implement changes in Belgian labour and tax legislation, ensuring clear internal communication.
Manage, coach, and develop your team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Contribute to cross-functional HR projects to optimise processes and tools.
Oversee payroll systems and processes, including complex cases and quality controls.
Master’s degree in HR, Finance, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience in payroll management within a structured environment.
Strong knowledge of Belgian labour and tax regulations.
Fluent in French and Dutch (English is a plus).
Solid expertise in compensation and extra-legal benefits.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and develop a team (minimum 3 years of management experience).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
