VIDAL ASSOCIATES Consulting & Search, a leading executive recruitment firm in France and internationally, is recruiting on behalf of Château de Bousval a Sales & Business Development Manager (M/F).
Located about 35 km from Brussels, Château de Bousval is a young and ambitious Belgian vineyard producing high-quality organic and biodynamic wines. The estate has already gained strong recognition and aims to reach a curious, food-driven and international clientele looking for elegant, fresh and terroir-driven wines.
In a competitive and international wine market, the company is now looking for a hands-on commercial leader to drive its next phase of growth.
Reporting directly to management, you will lead the commercial development of the winery, combining strategic thinking with strong operational involvement.
Business Development (B2B & B2C)
Develop new business opportunities and actively prospect new clients
Build and manage a portfolio of key accounts
Expand distribution channels including HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, cafés), wine shops, distributors and corporate clients
Develop direct-to-consumer sales (private customers, e-shop, winery sales)
Marketing & Brand Development
Develop and manage wine tourism experiences at the estate
Proven experience in business development, ideally in wine, premium food & beverage, gastronomy or high-end products
Ability to structure and grow a developing business
Fluent in Dutch, English and French
An entrepreneurial and quality-driven environment
