Your missions
* Coordinate e-commerce operations across all key functions (Home Delivery, Collect, Transport, Ordering & Replenishment)
* Align commercial forecasts with operational capacity planning
* Define and communicate daily and weekly operational priorities
* Track KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives
* Act as the key point of contact for the 3PL partner managing fulfilment operations
* Oversee day-to-day performance, ensure SLA compliance and integration of operational standards
* Lead structural improvements in the e-commerce supply chain (processes, layout, IT)
* Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
* Monitor inbound/outbound logistics, stock levels, and quality control
Your profile
* Master’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Sciences or similar
* Minimum 3 years of operational management experience
* Background in retail or logistics is a strong asset
* Experience in change management or transformation projects
* Strong project management, analytical, and Excel skills
* Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio
* Strong communicator able to influence at all levels
* Structured, hands-on, and collaborative approach
* Fluent in English, Dutch and French
