Role Overview
We are looking for a
Solution Architect Expert
to take a leading role in the design, architecture, and implementation of complex software solutions within a large-scale, mission-critical platform.
The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, development teams, and external public partners to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with both functional and non-functional requirements.
This role is available on a
detachment basis, either via freelance engagement or employment through our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership across software delivery teams
Design and govern scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures
Translate business requirements into technical designs and roadmaps
Oversee technical backlog prioritization and alignment with program goals
Ensure adherence to architecture standards, coding guidelines, and best practices
Lead technical decision-making and resolve complex architectural challengesMentor and support development teams
Drive code quality through reviews and continuous improvement
Evaluate and introduce new technologies where appropriate
Maintain clear and structured technical documentation
Required Experience & Skills
10+ years of experience in software development with strong architectural leadership
Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions
Strong background in .NET Core / .NET development
Experience with Azure cloud fundamentals and cloud-native architectures
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows (e.g. GitLab)
Strong knowledge of microservices architecture
Experience with system design, scalability, and performance optimization
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
Experience xphnsxz with code review processes and quality governance
Nice to Have
Experience with Angular or similar frontend frameworks
Knowledge of Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes
Familiarity with security standards and best practices
Certifications such as TOGAF, DDD, C4 model, Clean Architecture
Experience in public sector or highly regulated environments
Profile Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
Ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable operating in large-scale, mission-critical systems
