Your primary focus will be client engagements, which will constitute the majority of your time. These engagements may involve working as part of high-performing teams embedded within client organisations or contributing to Sopra Steria’s fixed-price projects within multidisciplinary teams. As a Senior Consultant, you will take ownership of complex assignments, manage client relationships, develop and apply managerial skills, and support business development activities. On specific projects, your responsibilities may include Project Management, Agile/Scrum facilitation, Business and Functional analysis, or Architectural Design.
