About The Role
As a Junior Project Manager - Engineer, you will either support or lead projects across sectors such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and manufacturing — ensuring they are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
A Summary Of Your Main Responsibilities
* You coordinate and follow up on projects from the design phase through to final completion, ensuring a smooth and structured execution.
* You communicate effectively with all stakeholders—such as suppliers, operations, and maintenance teams—to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
* You proactively identify potential risks and take initiative to implement appropriate solutions.
* You regularly report on project progress and performance, keeping all relevant parties informed.
* You actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to optimize processes and enhance overall project delivery.
Who are you?
* Preferably, you hold a master’s degree in engineering, or a technical bachelor’s degree combined with relevant experience.
* Some first experience in a project environment is a plus.
* You show a proactive, hands‑on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and you are able to stay resilient while delivering high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
* You have a strong attention to detail, a structured way of working, and the flexibility to travel within a reasonable distance to client sites.
* You are fluent in English and Dutch or French.
