As part of its organizational strengthening, the company is looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead a strategic site.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily warehouse operations within a multi-shift environment handling high volumes.
* Manage large operational teams, including permanent staff and temporary workforce.
* Plan and optimize staffing (absences, training, certifications).
* Ensure compliance with client requirements and manage urgent operational requests.
* Monitor and improve key performance indicators (productivity, quality, profitability).
* Review and optimize processes while supporting the onboarding of new clients.
Profile Required
* Proven experience in managing warehouse operations in a high-volume environment.
* Strong hands-on leadership with the ability to structure and stabilize operations.
* Performance-driven mindset with a strong focus on service quality.
* Ability to manage complex flows and operational pressure.
* Fluent in French and English; professional working level in Dutch.
