Our PwC Private teams help entrepreneurs, private business owners, and family enterprises manage ownership and growth in a changing global landscape. PwC’s High Net Worth (HNW) practice supports high-net-worth individuals and iconic Canadian families with tax and business advisory services. This role focuses on cross-border tax issues, especially estate planning for families with US citizen members and Canadians with US assets.

As a PwC Private Cross Border Tax Senior Manager, you will work with a team to solve complex business issues, including:
1. Navigate cross-border and diverse team engagements.
2. Design and implement customized service plans for privately owned entities and HNW individuals.
3. Focus on wealth management, compliance, equity, divestiture, exit strategies, and intergenerational wealth transfers.
4. Engage in open coaching conversations at all levels.
5. Balance big-picture thinking with managing details.
6. Develop expertise in Canadian and US tax rules and regulations.

Experience and skills you'll use to solve
* A Master's degree in Tax, Canadian CPA or equivalent, and TEP designation, or pursuing these, are assets.
* Experience in public accounting or law firms handling complex cross-border Canada-US tax planning for high-net-worth clients is an asset.
* Excellent problem-solving, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical skills, business sense, and creativity.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and team members efficiently.
* Business development enthusiasm and skills.
* Ability to mentor and develop junior professionals.
* Strong research, organizational skills, and proactive attitude.
