Regional Sales Manager - EMEA
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to support the international expansion of a fast-growing industrial technology company. Act as a proactive sales hunter, expanding market presence and customer portfolio.
* Co-create and implement the international sales strategy.
* Define and monitor sales targets, including forecasting and performance analysis.
* Take P&L responsibility for sales volumes, margins and direct costs.
* Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions and industry events.
* Supervise installation processes at client sites and ensure smooth handover.
* Coordinate with the Aftersales team to ensure customer support and continuity.
* Prepare regular sales performance reports.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar international sales role.
* Experience in industrial equipment; experience in industrial laundry machinery is a strong advantage.
* Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
* Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and long-term partnerships.
