User Support: Deliver 1st and 2nd line support via telephone, mail, or in person to provide SWIFT and effective assistance.
Actively filter, handle, coordinate, and follow up on IT service requests.
Incident Resolution: Identify, track, and resolve Hardware and software issues affecting end-users.
Team Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure technical assistance and timely service delivery.
Languages Required: Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory
Contract Type: Full-time with renewal options (1-year firm + 2 optional years)
