Purpose: The Account Manager - South of Belgium & Luxemburg regions, will be working in close collaboration with the Sales Manager, Clinical Team Leads and Clinical Support Specialists and will oversee the commercial development of his/her territory. You will be responsible for: Planning & implementing business objectives for individual accounts and the territory that will allow the region to meet its targets, with particular focus on key products that will drive future sales. Active collaboration with the Clinical Support Specialists assigned to the respective centers and the Sales Manager to develop innovative sales activities to allow the territory to gain market share and differentiate from competition. In collaboration with the Clinical Team Lead, liaising and coordinating Clinical Support Specialist activity within each account. Maintaining profitability & Average Selling Price for all products. Managing orders, back orders & consignment. Ensuring all account data is accurately and effectively managed, including competitor activity. Manage & track hardware. Managing the sale of legacy products as well as new products & technology. Develop strong relationships with physicians, based on both commercial and clinical understanding of the accounts. Develop specific clinical and non-clinical programs with customers to provide added value and drive sales. Understanding the clinical needs of the customer and interpreting these into strategies to drive sales. Assessing competitor activity and implementing a proactive approach to increase sales & market share. Qualifications / Requirements: Degree-level qualification in Life Sciences or Business preferred Demonstrable track record of success in MedTech in a clinical or sales environment Experience in the Electrophysiology or Cardiovascular market Ability to develop close relationships with customers at all levels. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Team player. Financial awareness / excellent numeracy skills. Fluent in written and spoken French, as well as in English. Computer software package skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.) Driving license. Based in Belgium.
