As a Multimedia Support Consultant, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth and professional support.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Providing operational support for the use of social media and digital tools: technical assistance, troubleshooting, and practical advice.
2. Managing the lending of audiovisual equipment (cameras, microphones, lighting, filming accessories, etc.) and assisting users in handling it to ensure the quality of recordings.
3. Organizing and supervising the booking and use of the internal recording studio: scheduling, welcoming users, and checking equipment.
4. Ensuring documentation and updating of internal procedures: writing user guides and continuously improving processes.
5. Offering personalized guidance: user orientation and advice on best practices (format, lighting, basic editing, publishing, etc.).
Your Profile:
6. Strong technical skills in social media, audio/video constraints, and related equipment.
7. Excellent customer service and listening skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple way.
8. High level of organization, rigor, and punctuality — especially for managing bookings and equipment.
9. Good communication skills and the ability to document procedures clearly.
10. A proactive and flexible attitude — ready to assist users, respond to various requests, and contribute to the development of the service.
11. ITIL V4 Foundation Certification, or commitment to obtain it within 3 months of contract start.
12. Very good knowledge of English and French.
